I don’t think you should jump to such conclusions. I’ve watched the interview where KyuJong, YoungSaeng, and HyungJoon expressed their disappointment in HyunJoong after the awards show. You must remember that the award came as a shock to HyunJoong, and that he was very nervous while he was on stage. In addition, the F4 members were closer to him than SS501, therefore he had to accept their gifts before his group members’. Also, although he did not thank SS501 in his acceptance speech, you have to remember that off stage and in private, Hyun Joong is always thankful to his members. He is always their leader and he loves them all very much.

He is not a bad leader. He takes care of all of them. For example, when he was away filming for the drama, he told YoungSaeng, who took on the role as the leader temporarily, to take care of Baby HyungJoon. He expressed that he missed them all terribly and wished that he could join them on stage. In Japan, when his Japanese was still pretty rusty, he was afraid of saying the wrong thing and let JungMin take over because his Japanese was better.

Now, they’re back together. SS501 have become closer than ever. Don’t jump to conclusions, especially when you don’t know the whole story, especially when you don’t truly know what Leader is like.

HyunJoong makes a great leader, just in his own way. He takes care of the members, he loves the members, he guides them and keeps them in his heart. The members do the same for him. He even expressed afterward that now that Boys Over Flowers has come to an end, he wants to be known as Kim Hyun Joong again, and no longer as Yoon Ji Hoo. His members could not be more proud of him at this point.

Don’t go badmouthing someone you don’t completely know. Especially someone with a heart like Hyun Joong’s.
